In a bid to ensure a seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience for Nigerian pilgrims during the 2025 Hajj, the leadership of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has embarked on a working visit to Saudi Arabia.

Led by the Chairman/CEO, Professor Abdullahi Usman Saleh, the NAHCON delegation visited key service providers contracted to provide various services to Nigerian pilgrims during the Hajj exercise.

The visit, INCNews247 learnt, was aimed at assessing the level of preparedness of the service providers and to ensure that they meet the required standards.

According to Professor Saleh, the visit was a proactive measure to ensure that Nigerian pilgrims receive the best possible services during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

“We are here to inspect the facilities and services that will be provided to our pilgrims. We want to ensure that they meet the required standards and that our pilgrims have a comfortable and spiritually fulfilling experience,” he said.

The NAHCON delegation visited the offices of Mashariq Aldhahabiah, a Saudi Arabian company contracted to provide Masha’ir services to Nigerian pilgrims.

The company’s Chairman, Muhammad Amin Bin Hassan Andergiri, welcomed the delegation and assured them of his company’s commitment to delivering superior services.

Andergiri stated that his company has made adequate arrangements to ensure the comfort and welfare of Nigerian pilgrims during their stay in Masha’ir.

“We have arranged for the inspection of the tents in Masha’ir to demonstrate our readiness and reassure NAHCON of our capabilities,” he said.

The NAHCON delegation also visited Ekram Aldyf, another key service provider, where they were assured of the company’s preparedness to provide excellent services to Nigerian pilgrims.

The company’s leadership detailed their staff allocations and showcased samples of materials designated for pilgrims during their stay at the Holy sites.

The Commissioner in charge of Operations, Prince Anofi’u Olanrewaju Elegusi, who was part of the delegation, emphasized the importance of transparency and clarity in the services provided to Nigerian pilgrims.

“We must ensure that our pilgrims receive the best possible services. We will not compromise on the quality of services provided,” he said.

INCNews247 reports that the 2025 Hajj exercise is expected to commence in May, and NAHCON has assured that it is working tirelessly to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to facilitate a successful and hitch-free exercise.
