Gunmen Kidnap Taraba Monarch’s Two Wives, Son
The Taraba State Police Command has confirmed the abduction of two wives of the traditional ruler of Sarkin Kudu, Dansalama Adamu, along with one of their sons, in Ibi local government council of the state.
As of the time of writing this report, their whereabouts remain unknown.
On Saturday, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Usman Abdullahi, confirmed the incident that occurred on Friday in Ibi, stating that several suspects have been arrested in connection with the abduction.

According to the PPRO, these suspects are currently providing the police with valuable information that may lead to the apprehension of other suspects. The police are leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to rescue the victims unharmed.
Reportedly, the unknown gunmen stormed the premises of the monarch in the Serkin Kudu community of the council while he was away from home.
This attack comes barely a month after the tragic killing of two wives and six children of the monarch of Mutum-Biyu in Gassol local government council of the state by their abductors in Taraba.
