Kwara PDP Announces Date for National Delegates Congress
The Kwara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will hold its national delegates congresses across the 16 local governments of the state on Thursday, May 5, 2022.
A statement by the state Publicity Secretary of the party, Prince Tunji Moronfoye, announced this in Ilorin on Tuesday.

He said all local government chairmen of the party in the state have been directed to conduct the congresses in accordance with the party’s constitutional provisions.
Prince Moronfoye disclosed that members of the state executive committee and national PDP Congress monitoring committee, will be on ground to monitor all proceedings.
He congratulated the teeming members of the party on the successful conduct of the three person Ad-Hoc ward Congresses, on April 30th 2022.
The spokesman informed that the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) staff and designated security agencies will also be present at each venue to monitor proceedings.
He appealed to party members to conduct the congresses in an orderly fashion, befitting of the great political party that it is.
