Another Federal Lawmaker, Ossy Prestige, is Dead

The death of Ossy Prestige, a member of house representative has been announced after a brief illness.
Mr. Benjamin Kalu, House spokesperson, confirmed the death of the deceased in an SMS sent to PREMIUMS TIMES.
The deceased lawmaker was representing Aba North and South Federal constituency of Abia State before his demise.
He hailed from Agboji community of Abiriba in Ohafia L.G.A of Abia State.
Another source who is a member of the house leadership also confirmed that Aba’s Federal lawmaker, Prestige passed on today.
“Yes, it is confirmed that he has passed on. The announcement will be done tomorrow during plenary and the house would adjourn,” he said.
The late Mr Prestige who passed on today, is the third member of the house in this ninth assembly.
Before him were Jaafaru Illiyasu and Mohammed Faggen-Gawo.
