Reacting, the Corps Marshal of the FRSC described the development as timely and well-considered, noting that it reinforces the Corps’ leadership structure at a critical moment in Nigeria’s road safety journey.
He said the two officers have distinguished themselves through decades of exemplary service, operational excellence and commitment to the ideals of the Corps.
The Corps Marshal added that their appointments would enhance command effectiveness, strengthen stakeholder engagement and improve the implementation of targeted safety interventions nationwide.
He further charged the newly appointed Deputy Corps Marshals to bring their wealth of experience to bear in addressing traffic management and road safety challenges in their respective zones.
