Umar Abdulrasheed Honored as Educational Ambassador
The University of Ilorin‘s Faculty of Arts Students’ Association (FASA) has conferred the prestigious title of Educational Ambassador on Umar Abdulrasheed, Founder of the Umar Abdulrasheed Foundation (UAF).
This recognition took place at the Inclusive Educational Summit, held on March 25, 2025.
Themed “Equity and Inclusion in Education: Addressing Disparities in Access, Resources & Opportunities,” the summit brought together key stakeholders in the education sector, including university lecturers and the Special Assistant to the Kwara Governor on Student Affairs, representing His Excellency.

He emphasized the need for collaborative efforts among policymakers, educators, and private organizations to eliminate educational barriers.
