Gov. AbdulRazaq Presents N5M Cheque to Fallen NAF Officer’s Family

Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, has presented a N5 million cheque to the family of Lance Corporal Goselle Nanpon, a Nigeria Air Force, NAF officer killed during an operation earlier this year.
The ceremony took place at the 303 Medium Airlift Group, Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Base, Ilorin, where the Governor expressed his sympathy and emphasized the gesture’s purpose to provide support to the bereaved family.

AbdulRazaq encouraged the family to find solace in the late NAF officer’s meaningful life.
In his remarks, Captain Dan Apyeyak, Commander of 303 Medium Airlift Group, NAF, expressed gratitude, acknowledging the Governor’s recognition of the selfless service of uniformed personnel.
He highlighted AbdulRazaq’s consistent support, emphasizing the importance of such gestures for those in active service.
Apyeyak emphasized the command’s mandate to ensure state and national security, emphasizing the role of peace and security in fostering societal development.
The younger brother, representing the late officer’s next-of-kin, received the cheque, conveying heartfelt appreciation for the Governor’s significant and reinforcing gesture.
