UPDATED: DHQ Announces Gen. M. Danmadami New DMO

Major General Musa Danmadami has been announced the new Directorate of Defence Media Operations, DMO.

Danmadami replaced Major General Bernard Onyeuko who has been posted toDefence Headquarters Department of Logistics and appointed Director Procurement.
The announcement was made by Major General Bernard Onyeuko during a bi-weekly press brief on Thursday in Abuja.
The newly-appointed Director of DMO, Major General Musa Danmadami promised to consolidate on the achievements of his predecessor, urging the defence media correspondents to accord him same support and cooperation they gave his predecessor, to enable him to succeed.
“I want to urge you all to give me the necessary support and cooperation to enable me to succeed,” he said.
Before his appointment, Danmadami was a Research Fellow/Subject Expert, Indian Sub-Continental at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Abuja and a onetime Acting General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Nigerian Army 3 Division, Rukuba, Jos.
