Engr. Rilwan Cook, CEO of JCR Construction Engineering, has received a nomination for an award of excellence from the Nigeria Police Force.
The announcement came through a formal letter dated April 26, 2024, signed by Alh. Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo, National Assistant Auditor of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC).
In the letter, Engr Cook’s significant societal impact through his philanthropic endeavors and dedication to societal welfare was duly acknowledged.

According to the correspondence, JCR CEO’s altruistic efforts have garnered admiration and respect from both the local community and law enforcement agencies.
“Your philanthropic efforts and dedication to the well-being of our society align with our values and mission,” the letter states.
The letter also noted Cook’s exemplary character as a young reputable philanthropist, known for his selflessness and contributions to humanity.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Police Officers Mess, GRA, Ilorin, promising to be a significant occasion to celebrate Cook’s remarkable achievements.
In response to the nomination, Cook expressed profound gratitude and humility, stating, “I am deeply honored to be recognized by the Nigeria Police Force and the PCRC. This nomination serves as a testament to the collective efforts of all those who have supported our initiatives aimed at fostering positive change in our society.”
