While acknowledging that minor challenges were recorded during the operations, the Corps Marshal described the overall outcome as highly commendable.
He, however, charged operatives not to relent but to consolidate on the gains recorded by sustaining diligence, discipline and proactive service delivery.
The FRSC boss also expressed concern over pockets of traffic violations observed during the period, warning motorists to desist from unsafe practices on the roads.
He emphasised that strict adherence to traffic rules and regulations remained the most effective way to reduce road crashes and ensure the safety of all road users.
Mohammed further reaffirmed the Corps’ zero tolerance for misconduct, expressing satisfaction that no adverse reports were recorded against personnel during the operations.
He added that the commendation extended to officers and men of the Corps was well deserved.
The Corps Marshal also urged motorists to sustain safe road practices beyond festive periods, stressing that road safety is a shared responsibility requiring continuous commitment from all stakeholders.
