The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association, IEYDA, has expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for approving the rehabilitation of four major roads in Kwara state.
In a statement signed by the National President, Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen, and the National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Muhammed Uthman Jagunma, and made available to INCNews247 on Monday, the association praised the president and other stakeholders for their roles in ensuring the approval of the roads.

The IEYDA emphasised that the approval of over 200 kilometers of roads in the state will improve the socio-economy of the state, particularly for those in agrarian areas, by facilitating the movement of their farm produce to major towns.
The association also commended the Federal Executive Council, the state government under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq, and Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, for their efforts.
The Ilorin Emirate Youth further called on the contractor, BUA Group, to execute the project with a sense of responsibility and create more job opportunities for the youth in the state.
The four major roads that will be rehabilitated are the Kosubosu-Kaiama-Bode-Saadu, Bacita-Shonga-Lafiagi, Eiyenkorin-Afon-Offa-Odo-Ottin, and Okuta-Bukuro roads.
