Ilorin Likeminds Foundation Felicitates with Emir of Ilorin on 29th Anniversary

The Ilorin Likeminds Foundation has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman, Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on his 29th anniversary on the throne.
In a statement released by the foundation’s Chairman, Alhaji Saheed Alakoso, the Emir was described as a peace lover and bridge builder who has brought developmental strides and monumental achievements to Ilorin.

Alakoso noted that under Dr. Sulu-Gambari’s leadership, Ilorin has become a symbol of peace and scholarship, with the foundation noting that his peace-building efforts, charismatic leadership, and conviction in the efficacy of prayer have propelled the town’s progress.
“The Emir’s support for his subjects has enabled them to excel nationally and internationally, earning Ilorin a forefront position in decision-making,” he said.
The Ilorin Likeminds Foundation prayed for Allah’s continued guidance, protection, and upliftment of the monarch, wishing him many more years on the throne and on earth.
