After presiding over the adoption of written addresses from the legal counsel for Secondus, Tayo Oyetibo, SAN, and 11 respondents, the three-man panel, chaired by Justice Haruna Tsammani, delayed ruling till Friday.
Counsel for the PDP (6th respondent), S.I. Ameh, had opposed the application of Secondus’ counsel and urged the court to strike it out, noting that the application sought the suspension of the convention without the hearing of the main appeal.
