AbdulRazaq Forwards Kwara State Landed Property Bill 2022 to Assembly

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq today forwarded “Kwara State Landed Property Protection Bill 2022” to the state House of Assembly.
The Executive bill among other things make provision against forceful entry and illegal possession of landed property, violence or fraudulent conduct in relation to landed property in the state.

This was contained in a letter addressed to the Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon Yakubu Salihu Danladi and read before the Honorable House.
The governor urged the House to give the bill usual consideration and quick passage.
The Speaker therefore referred the bill to the Committee on Rules and Businesses to slate it for First Reading for appropriate time.
