ARCN Boss Congratulates Etsu Nupe at 73, 22 Years on Throne

The Executive Secretary of the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria, ARCN, Dr. Abubakar Adamu Dabban, has congratulated the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, on his 73rd birthday and 22nd anniversary on the throne.
In a statement on Friday signed by the Council’s Public Relations Officer, Khadijat O. Ameen, Dabban described the monarch as a mentor and father figure whose reign has united the Nupe Kingdom.

He said, “Nupe indigenes lift their voice in gratitude and in solemn choice. For in your strength, we see our part — a future bright, a nation’s heart.”
The ARCN boss also prayed for long life, good health and wisdom for the Etsu Nupe, adding that his service and dedication “continue to strengthen the fabric of tradition and democracy.”
Alhaji Abubakar, who ascended the throne in 2003, is a first-class monarch with his palace in Bida, Niger State.
