Abdulrasheed Akogun while addressing the ward Chairmen in Oke-Ode township, commended them for remaining steadfast in support of truth and their conscience, adding that they’re with the Social Democratic Party (SDP), because they’ve all placed good name and conscience over and above their pockets and immediate returns.

The good governance advocate however enjoined them to continue on that path for a little more time, emphasizing that the next electioneering exercise will usher in a government they can in all ramifications call their own.

Reacting on behalf of the ward Chairmen, Rasheed Jimoh, commended the aspirant for choosing to invite the chairmen to his hometown and not somewhere outside the constituency, a development which he described as novel.

“We commend his numerous contributions to the party’s growth, its membership and the Kwara project, we want to assure him, that we’re with him all the way and would ensure, the party this time around settles for a quality we all can be proud of” he added.
