Alhaji Falalu Bawale has been sworn in as Katsina State’s new Head of Service by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda.

Usman Isiyaku, the recently retired Head of Service, was also sworn in by the Katsina Governor as a member of the State Executive Council and Special Advisor on Public Service Reforms.

After giving the appointees the oath of office and the pledge of allegiance in the Katsina Government House Chamber, Governor Radda addressed the crowd during the swearing-in ceremony and said that the Special Adviser and the new Head of Service were both appointed on merit.

In order for them to contribute to the state’s advancement, he urged all of the permanent secretaries to work together with the new Head of Service.

The Katsina State Governor claimed that with so much work for the State Government to accomplish, time was the main obstacle the current administration had to overcome.

Addressing the Special Adviser, Governor Radda said he was a dedicated and reliable individual, so much so that the state government decided to keep him on board so they could benefit even more from his extensive background.
