Joy, Praises as MOK Foundation Distributes Food Items to 5000 Offa Residents, Others

In the early hours of Sunday, Offa town witnessed another milestone intervention from the founder of MOK Foundation, Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, as the foundation for community development distributed food items to 5000 people in Offa City and neighboring towns.
At the event, which was held at the Foundation Office located in the Ibrahim Taiwo Road area of the town, underprivileged individuals, people living with disabilities, and those who can hardly afford daily meals were all beneficiaries.

Speaking to our Reporter, Mr. Saheed Temitope Lawal, the executive director of the foundation, said, “The distribution is mainly to support the fight against hunger in the land.” He further encouraged the government to come to the rescue of the vulnerable at this critical time. The director also reiterated the commitment of MOK Foundation to embark on the largest farming project for the masses by an individual in Kwara state in a few weeks.
Mr. Kazeem Oyetunde, the Public Relations Officer of ASUP, Federal Polytechnic Offa chapter, applauded the kind gesture extended to the ordinary people by MOK Foundation. He urged wealthy individuals across the state to emulate MOK by giving back to the community that supported them in times of need. Oyetunde praised Alhaji Muhydeen for his numerous contributions to society in health, education, humanitarian services, and other areas.
One of the beneficiaries, Mrs. Khodijat Ayinla, 70, expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by MOK Foundation. “I am old, my only surviving child is still struggling; thank God for this food provided by MOK Foundation, it will go a long way,” she said in appreciation.
