Navy Holdings Limited Cautions Public Against Fraudulent Land Sales

The Navy Holdings Limited (NHL) has raised an alarm over a viral video circulating on social media platforms, purporting to facilitate the sale of its properties at Lake View Estate, Navy Town Asokoro.
It said the video is a scam orchestrated by unscrupulous individuals seeking to swindle unsuspecting Nigerians of their hard-earned money.

In a statement issued by Commander Abdulsalam Sani, Public Relations Officer for the Group Managing Director/CEO, NHL categorically denied engaging any third-party agents to facilitate land sales.
“We deal directly with our subscribers, and we advise potential subscribers to disregard any claims by individuals or entities purporting to act as agents on our behalf,” the statement emphasized.
The NHL has initiated investigations to unmask the perpetrators of this fraudulent scheme and warned the public to exercise extreme caution when dealing with land transactions.
“We urge anyone interested in subscribing to our lands or properties to visit our office located on Aso Clinic Road, Asokoro, adjacent to Army War College Nigeria,” Commander Sani advised.
