2025 Hajj: NAHCON Announces Online Application for National Medical Team

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON has announced the commencement of online applications for the 2025 Hajj National Medical Team (NMT).
The application portal will be opened to interested medical professionals, inviting them to apply.
In a statement obtained by INCNews247 early Saturday morning, NAHCON management said the application portal can be accessed via the Commission website by clicking “Resources” and then “NMT Application Portal” from the main menu.
The portal will be open from March 8, 2025, at 12:00 midnight and will close on March 14, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
The NAHCON management emphasized that only eligible medical personnel are invited to apply.

The required professionals include medical doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and environment/community health officers.
The guidelines, terms, and conditions for application outline that the 2025 National Medical Team Operation will be based on volunteerism, in line with international standards.
Applicants are required to provide accurate information, as any omission, misstatement, or falsification of information may lead to rejection of the application or removal from the eligibility list.
Applicants must meet specific criteria, including being in active service, not having served in the last three years’ Hajj, and being ready to work for 28 days in Saudi Arabia.
Successful applicants will be required to serve on a voluntary basis.
The NAHCON management echoed that the application is free, and no fee is required directly or through an agent or agency.
Applicants are required to attach specific documents, including a guarantor’s form, basic professional certificate, NYSC certificate (where applicable), and current annual professional practicing license.
Only successful applicants will be communicated to after every stage.
Interested medical professionals are encouraged to apply through the NAHCON website.
