JUST IN: Akaje Gets New Appointment

The National Headquarters of the ruling the party, All Progressive Congress (APC) has announced the appointment of Honourable Ibrahim Akaje as the chairman of Lagos State Governorship Appeal Committee.

Reports say the ex-Commissioner in Kwara State was appointed based on his excellent conciliatory approach, deployed during his previous assignment in Lagos as Chairman of Wards and Local Government Appeal Committee.
Akaje, who, before the appointment was an aspirant to the Kwara State House of Assembly seat for Ilorin North West therefore withdrew from the contest.
