FRSC Receives Accolades for Exceptional Role in Ensuring Road Safety

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has received accolades for its outstanding contributions to ensuring the safety and smooth operation of Nigeria’s critical road networks, particularly in the APAPA business area.
During a courtesy visit to the Nigeria Shippers’ Council (NSC), the Executive Secretary/CEO, Barrister Akutah Pius Ukeyima, praised the FRSC for its unwavering support in safeguarding the nation’s road corridors.
Barrister Akutah described the Corps Marshal as his “brother,” highlighting the close partnership between the two institutions.

He commended the FRSC for decongesting the APAPA business area, facilitating the safe and efficient movement of cargo.
“The FRSC’s commitment to road safety has contributed significantly to the economic stability of our nation,” Barr. Akutah said. “Their efforts have been transformative, and we are immensely grateful.”
The Executive Secretary also acknowledged the Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, for his passion and strategic interventions, which have impacted the NSC’s successes.
In closing, Barr. Akutah extended his prayers for the FRSC’s continued prosperity and reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to deepening its collaboration with the Corps.
