Mevron Partners Simba TVS for Effective Ride Hailing in Ilorin

Mevron, the latest ride hailing and sharing solutions provider, has teamed with Simba TVS to solve the transportation needs of Kwara State by incorporating TVS tricycles into its fleet, easing local passenger commutes and improving people’s lives.
Simba TVS, India’s leading motorcycle and tricycle firm, has been chosen as Mevron’s sole partner for the delivery of TVS King deluxe tricycles (Keke) due to the company’s high-quality goods, nationwide spares availability, and reputation for best-in-class service.

CEO of Mevron, Mr. Olawale Lasis, while speaking at the launch in Ilorin on Saturday said that Mevron is a platform that connects drivers and riders with individuals and organisations that need rides to commute easily around the metropolis.
He noted that there is a strong need for a ride sharing service that treat passengers right through being ethical and socially responsible hence the introduction of TVS tricycles.
Represented by the Ilorin City Manager, Maxwell David-Taye, added that Mevron was built to offer the most efficient on-demand transportation options via Mevron mobile app, to offer different class of service to the people depending on their social status.
He said the company started with vehicles last year but adding tricycle and motor cycle in Ilorin to offer customers more flexibility, freedom, safety and security along every mile.
In his remarks, the Southwest Manager of Simba TVS, Vahindra Jhia, commended Mevron for the partnership and its initiative which he described as the best in class approach that would offer more convenience, better pricing and also create job opportunities for the youths.
