Oloriegbe was present at the event, joining his kinsmen in what was described as a symbolic moment of unity and spiritual backing for his political ambition.
The development comes amid recent political undercurrents within the family, following reports that some individuals, said to be from the extended family, had earlier aligned with another aspirant in the race.
However, the gathering appeared to project a broader family position, as participants openly expressed support for Oloriegbe’s candidacy.
Those in attendance stressed the need for divine guidance in leadership, noting that political ambition requires wisdom, humility and dedication to public service.
They prayed for his success, protection and clarity of purpose as political activities gradually intensify in the state.
Oloriegbe, who represented Kwara Central in the 9th National Assembly, is among the prominent figures in the All Progressives Congress eyeing the governorship seat.
