Oyin-Zubair Doles Out Irrigation Kits, Tanks, Others to Women Farmers in Osere

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Kayode Oyin-Zubair, Senior Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor AbdulRaman AbdulRazaq on Community Intervention, inspects the extension of Odo-Efo (vegetable farm), Osere in the State‘s Ilorin South Local Government Area as he assists famers with new irrigation kits.
Oyin Zubair stated that the project will begin with the installation of drip irrigation worth over N350,000, an engine, a tank, and other equipment.

Furthermore, he recalled the recipients of some of the current administration’s projects and interventions, emphasizing that all of this is done to recognize their efforts as self-employed individuals.
He advised the women farmers to get together since more good is on the way.
While appreciating the gestures, the women’s representatives expressed joy and satisfactions, promising to utilize the equipment in the best and of purpose of necessitation.
They, however, appealed to the government to get them fertilizers and other instrument that will ease their stress in the farm.
