The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar OON, congratulated Shinkafi on the laudable efforts in actualizing the official launch of the ‘It Starts With Me’ Project.

Represented by Mrs Mercy Adeoye, the Minister noted that one of the roles of an NGO is to act as an advocate for social change, working towards influencing policies and legislation that affect the communities they serve.

Tuggar commended the contributions and dedication of I Am Change, saying they are highly appreciated.

He encouraged all stakeholders to continue to give support and contribute towards achieving the objectives of this mission.

The Minister assured that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to carry out its mandate and responsibilities, to ensure that Nigeria contributes meaningfully to universally accepted goals for youth development.
