Ilorin Likeminds Foundation Holds Annual Dinner, Extols AATU Founder

The Ilorin Likeminds Foundation held its annual dinner on Sunday, June 8, 2025, with a grand ceremony that brought together members and dignitaries.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of the Ilorin Waka group, which added a touch of cultural flair to the evening.
At the event, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ilorin Likeminds Foundation, Dr. Yusuf Lawal, fsi, extolled the virtues of the Founder and Chancellor of Abdulrasaq Abubakar Toyin University (AATU), Alhaji Abdulrasaq Toyin Abubakar, for his remarkable achievement in establishing the university.

Dr. Lawal congratulated the AATU Founder on this feat and encouraged members of the Foundation to patronize the university to support its growth.
He further suggested that the Foundation consider sponsoring one or two indigenes to study at the university, irrespective of their course of study, as the institution commences academic activities this year.
