MOK, Oloriegbe Meet in Abuja, Discuss Kwara Political Unity

The founder of MOK Foundation, Alhaji Muhydeen Okunlola Kayode, has met with the coordinator of the G15 political group, Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe, in Abuja.
The meeting, which took place on Wednesday, focused on recent political developments in the state, grassroots mobilisation, political unity and strategies to accelerate development across Kwara’s 16 local government areas.
Oloriegbe, who coordinates the G15, briefed Kayode on the group’s ongoing consultations and engagements aimed at strengthening unity among political stakeholders and deepening grassroots participation ahead of forthcoming political activities in the state.

Speaking after the meeting, Kayode expressed appreciation to the leadership of Kwara for the confidence reposed in him, saying he remained committed to contributing to the development of the state.
“I sincerely thank the leadership of Kwara for finding me worthy to contribute to the progress of our dear state. The trust and support mean a lot, and I do not take it lightly,” he said.
Kayode added that the confidence demonstrated by the state’s political leadership had further strengthened his resolve to contribute to initiatives capable of improving the lives of residents.
“It is a reassurance that our contribution to the development in Kwara is being noticed,” he added.
The MOK Foundation founder reaffirmed his commitment to what he described as the collective vision of building a stronger and more prosperous Kwara.
“My commitment to the development of Kwara remains total. Whether in the area of youth empowerment, infrastructure, education, or economic opportunities, we must keep working together to build a Kwara that works for everyone,” Kayode said.
On his part, Oloriegbe described the meeting as timely and productive, stressing the importance of unity among political stakeholders in sustaining the state’s development.
He noted that continued consultation and cooperation remained necessary to consolidate existing gains and promote inclusive growth across the state.
The G15, comprising prominent political figures in Kwara, including Yahaya Seriki, Senator Saliu Mustapha, Oloriegbe and other stakeholders, has continued to engage on issues surrounding political consensus, grassroots mobilisation and development.
