The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced its decision to receive complaints from stakeholders regarding the recently announced 10 lead Private Tour Operators (PTOs) certified to administer the 2025 Hajj operations under the private sector.
In a statement issued by Fatima Sanda Usara, Assistant Director, Information and Publication on Wednesday, NAHCON reassured the public of its commitment to transparency, accountability, and fairness in all its dealings.

The Commission acknowledged the receipt of complaints from some stakeholders and has therefore decided to invite individuals or groups with credible evidence to come forward and submit their grievances.
“We are committed to ensuring that the 2025 Hajj operations are successful, and we believe that this can only be achieved through transparency, accountability, and fairness,” said Fatima Sanda Usara.
“We value the trust and confidence reposed in us by our stakeholders and the general public, and we are willing to listen to and address any concerns that may have arisen from our selection process.”
NAHCON has called on those with grievances to submit written complaints, accompanied by verifiable evidence, to the Chairman of the Commission on or before Friday, January 3, 2025.
The Commission assures that all submissions will be treated with confidentiality and investigated fairly.
