The goal of the Executive Bill is to provide for the preparation of state physical planning and development, as well as other related matters.

The governor appealed to the legislatures to pass the bill in a timely and orderly manner.

Speaker Yakubu Danladi, on the other hand, referred the bill to the Committee on Rules and Businesses, which will set a date for the bill’s ‘First Reading.’

Meanwhile, a bill for a law to prohibit forceful entry and illegal occupation or fraudulent conduct in relation to landed properties in Kwara State and for connected purposes passed “First Reading”.
